This is the 2022 RunBlogRun Summer Cross Country Mileage Program, Week 4, Day two.
This program is built around the complex training system of Australian coach Pat Clohessy, NCAA 3 mile champion, and coach of Rob De Castella, 1983 World Champion and 4-time Olympic marathoner. It includes a long run, hill work, and short speed work. Rob’s consistent training and confidence in that gave him both the speed and the strength to win Boston Marathon and two Commonwealth Games marathon titles.
