Today we write about Alicia Monson is a member of the On Athletics Club, coached by Dathan Ritzenhein. They formed in June 2020 and they have been a force to reckon with. Dathan, a 3 time Olympian, and a man who races 5000m to the marathon was also a high school phenom. His athletes love him and work very hard for the team and to challenge themselves.
Alicia is no exception. An NCAA champion from the University of Wisconsin, Alicia made the Olympic team in the 10,000m for Tokyo 2020 and just made the 10,000m team for the US at the 2022 World Championships, to be held in Eugene, Oregon, July 15-July 24. She just ran a PB at 5,000 meters, of 14:31.11. In May she ran a 4:07 for the 1,500m.
