Genzebe Dibaba of Ethiopia has had a very busy and productive month. On February 1, Genzebe Dibaba ran 3:55.17 for the 1,500 meters in Karlsruhe, Germany, destroying the WR by over two seconds! Five nights later, on Thursday February 6, 2014, in Stockholm, Sweden, Genzebe Dibaba ran 8:16.60 for the 3,000 meters, obliterating the former record by nearly seven seconds!
