As we get into the season, all of the work that you have done since last fall comes into play. On Friday night, the USATF 10,000m championships for men and women, will be held in Eugene, Oregon as night 1 of the Nike Prefontaine Classic. How will the elites do over 25 laps? Remember, their journies to the elite began as freshmen and sophomores in high school.
