Warming up and cooling down with the entire track team was always a bit of fun. I recall the goofing off at warmup at Bellarmine, and we kept it light. I was always fascinated with how long the hurdlers, jumpers and sprinters took to stretch. Distance runners were not spending the time then to warm up. Now, it is a whole different story.

Sunday: 70-75 minutes moderate pace, on trails
