The Shoe Addicts have followed Meb for the past year, from his marathon in ING NYCM (Nov 2011), to his run in Houston (Jan 2012), to his run in London (August 2012). Meb has proved that, with his silver Olympic medal in Athens in 2004, and his fourth place eight years later, in the 2012 London marathon, that he is, indeed, America’s Number One Marathon runner. His victory in Houston this past January, one five and one half weeks of training showed that Meb Keflezighi comes alive when he hears Championship tacked onto a marathon name.
