Felix named USATF Athlete of the Week
INDIANAPOLIS – Allyson Felix has been named USA Track & Field’s
Athlete of the Week after winning the 100 meters in 10.92 seconds at the
Doha Diamond League meet on Friday.
Felix, the two-time Olympic silver medalist in the 200m, dropped down
from her signature distance to defeat the reigning Olympic 100m champion
Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and 200m champion Veronica Campbell-Brown, both
