This is an usual request, but it’s legal and it’s fun-when do those two things coincide in this blog? Matt McGowan is the publisher of RunOhio, a coach, a race director, former 2;22 marathoner and a great friend of mine, let’s help Leigh & Nick if you can!
Vote to Help Leigh Daniel and Nick Cordes on NBC
(Courtesy of Matt McGowan from RunOhio magazine, and RunOhio.com):
Want to help Ashland University cross country coaches get a free wedding courtesy of NBC.
Leigh Daniel and Nick Cordes are contestants on the Today Show – Throws a Wedding. They have been chosen among thousands of applicants to compete for the wedding of their dreams on “The Today Show” on NBC. They are one of four couples battling out for this prize. The Bride’s dress, Bridesmaids’ dresses, Tux, rings, and dream destination honeymoon will be chosen by America and the check is picked up by the show in New York!
Here is where I need your help! This is the “American Idol” of wedding contests. The outcome totally depends on America’s votes online. Every Wednesday morning, Nick and Leigh will appear on “Today” in New York and win over the deciding voters with interesting challenges live on air. Starting tomorrow and for the next 3 Wednesday mornings, Nick and Leigh need you to check out the “Today Show” website and vote for them!
Please pass this on to friends and family willing to help Nick and Leigh crush the competition! I would LOVE to go to New York to see them married in style!
The voting site will not be active until tomorrow morning but you can check out their profile and see they are far superior to their competition… 🙂
