ROUEN (FRA): The line-ups for the Perche Elite Tour in Rouen on 6 February have been confirmed. Renaud Lavillenie and Armand Duplantis are due to go head-to-head for the first time this season with two-time world champion Sam Kendricks, who won last year, also in action.
