In his only competition since the 2020 U.S. Olympic Trials (2/29/20), Galen Rupp wins a special half-marathon in Oregon on October 30, in 1:00:22. This was only time since the Oly Trials that the two time Olympic Trials champion has run with other athletes. A good test for Galen Rupp.
LANE COUNTY (USA, Oct 30): In a special half-marathon in Oregon, Olympic medalist Galen Rupp won in 1:00:22 over Japanese record holder Suguru Osako 1:01:15 (missed his PB by 2 seconds). Australian Pat Tiernan as pacemaker clocked at 15 km in 43:15 what is national record.
