OSLO (NOR): Federations of Norway and Sweden have inquired about the possibilities of hosting an European Championships in athletics next year. Ingebrigtsen brothers Jakob, Henrik and Filip doubt that there will be Olympics in Tokyo and would be happy to get a chance at least at European Championships after Paris 2020 was cancelled. Norway and Sweden have worked actively with the European Athletics to check the possibility of arranging a European Championship in 2021. Bislett Stadium could stage the running events and Stockholm the technical events, is part of the proposal. Informs nrk.no.
