The coronavirus is making the fall of 2020 even busier. A half dozen global events have now changed dates from Spring 2020 to Fall 2020! Tens of thousands of global runners will change their training and travel plans due to Paris Marathon, Tokyo Marathon, Paris Half, and World Half postponing or outright cancelling their events.
What do you do if you won the World Half, and the NYRR NYC Marathon? Well, if you are Geoffrey Kamworor, you have to make some decisions.

NAIROBI (KEN): Geoffrey Kamworor says he will discuss with his management which of his world half and New York City Marathon titles he will defend, following the former’s rescheduling to this autumn. World Athletics announced that the half event would now take place on 17 October rather than this month, due to coronavirus. The winner of the last three editions told Xinhua: “It will be tricky because I intend to defend my crown in New York. But we will discuss it when the time comes.”
