This was a fun seminar. At Concord-Carlisle High School Library, a interested audience was entertained by the thoughtful comments of Kyle Merber, Donn Cabral, Cecilia Barowski and Nicole Tully. All four are members of the HOKA ONE ONE New Jersey New York Track Club, coached by Frank Gagliano, John Trautmann and Tom Nohilly.
Questions were provided by Larry Eder/RunBlogRun. Questions included: important moments in high school, college, harder to run faster or slower, stories on Coach Gags, why they love running, and should World records be changed. Great answers.
The clinic went for just under one hour and we have a 35-40 minute synopsis of the Live Facebook event.
Thanks to Stephen Lane, meet director and Mike McManus, HOKA ONE ONE Sports Marketing, for their support.
