PORTLAND (USA): Amy Cragg has donated the $5000 she belatedly received after moving up to fourth in the 2014 Chicago Marathon to charity, informs kimbia.net. Cragg has given the money to ‘Girls on the Run Chicago,’ an organisation that uses running to teach young girls about self-confidence, goal setting and other life skills. Cragg will race over 10,000m at the Payton Jordan Invitational in Stanford on Friday.
RunBlogRun: Class act from a classy athlete. Best wishes to Amy Cragg over 10,000 meters at the Payton Jordan meet!
