CLERMONT-FERRAND (FRA): Renaud Lavillenie’s coach Philippe d’Encausse has said he might miss the European Indoor Championships in Belgrade due to injury, informs L’Equipe. “Is it sensible to try the European Indoor Championships in some difficulty at 50% or 70%, one can ask the question. But Renaud has his bearings and if he feels able to go, he will go,” he said. Lavillenie has pulled out of tonight’s meeting in Paris and Berlin on Friday and looks set to miss the French Indoor Championships the following weekend.
