Well, if you build it, they will come. At least, that is the way it goes in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Home of the Tyson Invitational for nearly a decade, now, the USA Track & Field Classic will be held on February 11, 2012, the same day as the Millrose Games, (held in NB Armory). This new meet was announced on January 24, 2012.
The ACC, USA Track & Field joined the University of Arkansas and Nike to put together some fields that rival anything on the indoor circuit right now. Besides ten elite events, there are amazing collegiate clashes on the very fast, 200 meter Mondo track!
Nice to see see four elite indoor track meets in US this season!
