Rieti is one of the most famous end of season meetings on the European circuit. Many of the greats, from Sebastian Coe, ran there, and most recently, Asafa Powell has run very well there over the past several years. Chris Solinsky, the AR record holder at 10,000 meters is going for Bob Kennedy’s AR at 3,000 meters (7:30.84, Monaco, July 8, 1998) at Rieti. The race will be at the end of the meeting, or 9:45 AM EDT on August 29! We have linked the list of entries as well. Good luck to Chris Solinsky as he goes for the venerable AR of Bob Kennedy!
