Femke Bol is a Dutch hurdler with PBs of 12.53 at 100m H, 52.98 at 400m flat, and now 54.47 at 400m hurdles. If three athletes had been in the 400m H event today, she would have had a National record!
Femke Bol 54.47, but alone
PAPENDAL (NED, July 4): European junior 400m hurdles champion Femke Bol won at the Test Wedstrijd meeting with a PB and 54.47. It would have been a Dutch record if at least three athletes had been in the race, nos.nl reports. Lea Sprunger (she won 150 m in 17.41+0.5 and was third in the 200 m 23.53) was the only other runner and she dropped out. Nadine Visser won the 100m hurdles in 12.90 (+0.9, she was fourth in the 200 m 23.94). Also to note Joris Van Gol 10.42 (+0.9) in the 100 m over Churandy Martina 10.54 who won the 150 m in 15.51 (+1.1). Jochem Dobber clocked 46.30 in the 400 m and Koen Smet 13.84 (+1.1) hurdles. On the women side Marije van Hunenstijn 11.43 (+0.5) in the 100 m, she was second in the 200 m 23.23 beaten by Lieke Klaver 23.15 PB (+0.5). Britt Ummels won the 800 m in 2:03.28.
