The Friday Presser at Griffith Park was fun and unique. In past years, the presser was held at Staple Center, and the turnouts by media were miniscule. In 2019, the Conqur Endurance team moved the event to the Griffith Park, and began with a run with Students Run LA and some of the elite athletes who would be competing over the weekend.

The changes added some interest in the event, including Univision and KTLA, as well as some local media and the RunningNetwork and RunBlogRun. This should be a good reminder to other events that innovations makes sense when things are not working. We did the presser in 4 sections. Enjoy!
